Perth Studio – Account Manager

To help cultivate our growing list of amazing clients, we are searching for an intelligent, articulate, highly organised and experienced account / production manager to join our Perth studio. The successful applicant will have completed a design based tertiary qualification (architecture, graphic design, marketing, interior design or similar) and have exceptional communication skills. 

Full-time 40 hours per week

$60-95k + super (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Harp is a boutique creative agency that specialises in fusing art, science and technology to deliver world class architectural visualisation, 3d product rendering, animation and virtual reality to a growing list of Australian and international clients. We are a relaxed, friendly, easy going studio which has a strong focus on work / life balance.

What would you be doing for Harp?

We are seeking a highly organised person with impeccable communication and presentation skills to play a pivotal role within our team. You will essentially become the face of our studio and act as a communication hub between our clients and our creative team. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships as well as managing projects from start to finish. We work with designers, architects, agencies and brands locally here in Perth and Australia wide. We are also beginning to develop a presence in Europe and the US and are actively seeking to expand in this market.

The role would also involve elements of marketing and branding, working with our creative director to develop business strategy and systems.

Essential skills and qualifications:

A tertiary degree is essential. Ideally in a design or marketing / communications based subject (architecture, interior design, graphic design, marketing, communications etc)

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Desirable:

Marketing and branding experience/knowledge
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and documentation
Experience as an account / project manager for a design based business or agency.
Experience in photoshop and other design based software (CAD, 3ds max, adobe creative suite)
Ability to create mood and material boards
Graphic and/or Web Design skills
Photography skills
Strong interest in interior design and style
Highly organised and efficient

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Communicate between clients and creative team on a wide variety of projects
Collaborate on various marketing and branding strategies
Create Fee Proposals
Create and run follow-up schedules
Project and client onboarding
List / database  management
Liaise with clients to gather and organise documentation used in the CGI creation process
Run team pre-production meetings
Participate in client kick-off / briefing meetings
Delegate tasks to the creative team
Create interior mood and material boards
Create and manage project timelines and schedules
Perform quality control measures at various stages of the creation process.
Maintain and nurture customer relationships
Motivate people to complete tasks on time
Digital marketing strategy/tasks (social media etc)
