Perth Studio – Marketing Manager

We are searching for an experienced, well-rounded and talented marketing expert to join our growing Perth creative studio. We’ve never done any real marketing or advertising and are looking to step things up and build brand awareness and increase high quality incoming leads. You would be building and implementing a marketing strategy from scratch. The position is part-time, approx 16-24 hours per week with flexible hours.

Hours:
Part-time 16-24hrs per week (2-3 days)

Salary:
$70-100k (part time equivalent)
Negotiable dependent on experience & qualifications

Harp is a boutique creative agency that specialises in fusing art, science and technology to deliver world class architectural visualisation, 3d product rendering, animation and virtual reality to a growing list of Australian and international clients. We are a small team of 6-7 design minded professionals within a relaxed, friendly, easy going studio which has a strong focus on work / life balance. We have an enormous target audience of architects, agencies and brands from anywhere in the world and we need help from a talented marketer to tap into it. 

What would you be doing for Harp?

We are seeking an experienced marketing manager with high level skills in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, ads and branding. You would be liaising with our director to develop a marketing plan, implement that plan and regularly analyse the results. We are searching for someone who can bring creative new ideas and a high degree of marketing knowledge to the table.

Essential skills and qualifications:

⬤ Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. bachelor’s degree) in a relevant marketing or business discipline.

⬤ 5+ years marketing experience (preferably B2B in a creative industry)

⬤ Experience delivering a diverse range of campaigns: social, content, email, web & digital ads. 

Highly Desirable:

⬤ SEO & Google analytics knowledge
⬤ Web design and wordpress skills
⬤ High level social media marketing experience
⬤ Email marketing experience/ knowledge
⬤ Advertising experience (adwords, facebook, insta, LinkedIn)
⬤ Strong copywriting skills
⬤ Graphic Design skills (photoshop, illustrator, Indesign)
⬤ Highly organised and efficient
⬤ Ability to work independently
⬤ Strong attention to detail
⬤ Customer relationship experience
⬤ Problem solving skills
⬤ Interpersonal skills
⬤ Friendly, professional, reliable, approachable

Tasks & Responsibilities:

⬤ Develop and implement a marketing strategy from scratch
⬤ Tweak and build SEO and post to our wordpress website
⬤ Run social media – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
⬤ Run Email campaigns – monthly newsletter, outreach etc
⬤ Running and testing ads on google adwords, instagram, facebook, LinkedIn etc
⬤ Content development
⬤ List / database  management
⬤ Develop a client loyalty program
⬤ Brand strategy & development
